Return / cancellation and refund policy

 

 

Q.1) How do I know if items are eligible for returns?

– Our products are strictly non returnable.

We encourage our customers to purchase small 20ml tester bottles to know about the fragrance before going to the full bottle.

Q.2) Am I eligible to get refunds if perfume bottles arrive damaged via courier ?

– Absolutely yes, you are entitled to receive refund on the particular damaged product. Whether to provide full refund/ partial refund will be decided only after assessing the extent of the damage. For the successful claim, you must provide us the unboxing video, and the video of the damaged product.

All details with the video must be shared via email on our email address vivianluxury007@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the product. No courier return will be generated from our end in this scenario, and you are responsible for safely disposal of the damaged product.

Q.3) Will I get refund if I receive different product?

– We take utmost care while packing your order. However, by any chance, if product mismatch happens, kindly let us know by sending us the email vivianluxury007@gmail.comwith all necessary details, and product photographs and unboxing video (mandatory) within 48 hours.  We will arrange return courier from your location. Your refund will be immediately processed once we receive the returned package at our facility.

Q.4) I paid for the product, but now I want to select a different product or I want to cancel the entire order for any reason. Is it possible ?

– Yes. Cancellation is possible for only unshipped orders. You have to inform us within 12 hours or before successful dispatch whichever is applicable. No refunds for shipped items in any case. Send us a Whatsapp message on +91 8669059259 or write an email to us on vivianluxury007@gmail.com With all necessary details. Refund will be processed after complete assessment.

Please note-

  • No claims/ refunds can be made on refused parcels/ unclaimed parcels on delivery.
  • All refunds will be processed after deducting around 2% payment getway charges – (This will be only charged if payment getway service provider charges us for the order otherwise there will be no deduction).
  • All entitled refunds will be done within 2 working days, and the details of the same will be shared with the customer.
  • We destroy all returned items due to hygiene reasons– We only process returns mentioned in Q.3 to gauge the genuineness behind the claim by customer. 
  • Refund payments will be done to source account. In some cases- we may request you for your bank details for refunds.
  • For failed transactions, refunds will be automatically processed to source accounts within 7 days. Please note that we don’t hold this amount. You are requested to contact your bank in this regard.
  • We reserve the right , at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some time due to insufficient stock, inaccuracies or errors we may have to cancel the order.
